Materials Minced Beef 150 g Potatoes 300 g Bread Crumb 50 ml Flour 50 ml
Seasoning Salt 1/2 tbsp Sugar 1/3 tbsp Cornflour 2 tbsp Egg 1 pc Mashed Garlic 1 tbsp Mashed Shallot 1 tbsp Pepper some |

Steps 1) Mix flour and bread crumb then put in a plate 2) Peel the potato, cut into thick slices 3) Steam potatoes for 20 minutes until potatoes are tender 4) Mash potato while it is still hot 5) Marinate beef with seasoning and mashed potato 6) Mix well and make into a biscuit shape 7) Coat potato cake both side with flour and bread crumb 8) Deep fry potato cakes until golden brown, serve
